Desk staff rude. Broken bedside lamp didn't get fixed on request for 2 days. Staff entering room even though the do not disturb sign on the door.

Poorly maintained hotel. Staff not very knowledgeable. Locks on hotel room doors inadequate. Bed extremely uncomfortable just sleeping on Springs. Bathroom questionable. Carpet yuck. Smell of marijuana throughout hotel. People standing outside entrance & smoking later at night made me feel uncomfortable. Questionable clientele made me nervous. Staff more concerned with my ring rather than customer service. Would NEVER stay here again.
